We finally made it to Shakers Cigar Bar, and let us tell you—this place lives up to the legend. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was thick with history, mystery, and something… else.
Our guide, Jennifer, was phenomenal. She didn’t just tell the stories—she made us feel like we were living them. The energy in every room shifted as she walked us through tales of murder, prohibition-era spirits, and the women who never left the third floor.
Sera, our hostess for the evening, added her own eerie charm to the night. Warm, welcoming, and somehow completely in sync with the ghostly vibe of the place—she made sure the experience was unforgettable from start to finish.
We explored the basement, climbed into haunted spaces, and even did a little ghost hunting ourselves. And yes… we felt things. Heard things. Maybe even saw something.
If you ever find yourself in Milwaukee and you’re even remotely curious about the paranormal, Shakers needs to be on your list. It’s not a tourist trap—it’s the real deal. And we’ll definitely be back.
